| The ApoTome delivers optical sections by using the principles of grid projection. Resultant images have increased contrast and greatly improved axial resolution. Simply install the ApoTome insert in field diaphragm position of the reflected light beam path and you will create glare-free 3D images of thick samples and tissue sections. |
