LabCoat allows the layer thickness measurement of transparent coatings or materials. In conjunction with a Zeiss diode array, it is possible to measure thickness in the range from a few 100 nm to 100 µm on the basis of white light interference. The program is suitable both for routine analysis and research, and for online use. Excellent ease of use, proven mathematical algorithms in conjunction with high-speed measurement and evaluation allow layer thickness measurements in the fraction of a second.
