All the settings you need for image acquisition can be configured in the powerful AxioVision imaging software.
The freeware version also has a variety of measurement and analysis functions. With comprehensive tools you can measure for example the length, or the angle of your cell samples. Combine your measurement results in a data table and directly link them to your images. You can also embed annotations or scale bars to explain your images. Would you like to improve the presentation of your images? Then adjust the brightness, contrast or the colour balance. Are your images blurred? Use the Unsharp Masking function to sharpen them.
AxioVision grows with your requirements and can be expanded with a number of useful modules. Acquire fast Time Lapse sequences with up to 48 images/s using 25 Mhz read-out speed. Use the Autofocus module to get the optimum focus position automatically. The Multichannel Fluorescence allows you to display different color channels individually or combined in your fluorescence images.
