ASSAYbuilder® for High Content Screening and Analysis
With the ASSAYbuilder® module it is possible to perform high content screening and analysis relating to your cell-based tests. These include apoptosis, cytotoxicity, molecule localization and translocation, cell differentiation and reporter expression. To do this, you simply acquire fluorescence images. You then use the ASSAYbuilder® to extract quantitative information from the image. For example, you can analyze the position of the cytoskeleton or determine the proportion of living and dead cells in your sample. The data supplied by the ASSAYbuilder® help you to efficiently plan further experiments or successfully publish your research results.

The high end ASSAYbuilder® module was developed together with the high content screening specialist Cellomics®. This means that 15 years of experience in the field of high content analysis have been incorporated into the product. The HCS module is sufficiently powerful to cope with even highly sophisticated requirements such as subpopulation analyses.
