Searching for the right objectives for your needs has never been easier. Simply select the criteria search function, plug in your criteria and see the results. This online data base also features mechanical drawings and transmission curves for many of our objectives, providing nearly instantaneous results in your objective search.

    If the information you need is not on the web Carl Zeiss also provides consulting experts to help you determine the right objective for your needs. Our product teams both in the U.S. and in Germany are always available to ensure an objective will perform to your tough standards.

    Should it be required, in cases where an existing objective does not fit the required needs, Carl Zeiss is also willing to discuss the possible option of custom objective design.

  • Consulting & Service

    In addition to the finest products, Carl Zeiss Microscopy is committed to helping you meet your customer’s demands with organized, as well as providing local and international consulting expertise. Together we can ensure that our technology and solutions integrate smoothly, making sure that your customer’s needs are met to their highest demands.

    A partnership with ZEISS does not end at the purchase order. Our comprehensive service strategy ensures that both you and your customer get the service and support they expect from the industry’s highest end equipment. 

    There are three main branches to our comprehensive service strategy: our Central Service Team, our Field Service Team and our Service Exchange Program. Our Central Service Team is made up of highly trained individuals with all the best service equipment at their finger tips in our Central Service facility. Our Field Service team consists of 40 highly trained, and very responsive engineers who can service equipment on site at the customers location. For small repairs, or replacements that are needed in a hurry we also have our well stocked Service Exchange Program. If a customer calls in about an item that is in our exchange pool a replacement unit will be shipped out to the customer immediately. The customer then simply returns the defective unit in a pre-paid shipping box to be refurbished in our central service facility. 

    Having these three branches to our service program ensures that each customer situations gets the proper response, quickly and efficiently.

  • Full Software Library

    We know how important software integration is to you and your customers. To help simplify and speed up your go to market time Carl Zeiss provides a full SDK package, and integration support. Most of our components are driven by Can bus commands, or USB, helping to make the integration of our equipment to your software as quick and painless as possible.

    If you choose to use our software, you and your customers will benefit from our software support group. This group is available 5 days a week during business hours and is able to troubleshoot and fix most software problems over the phone, or through an online computer connection to your system.
